He is survived by: his parents, Howard Junior Phifer and Lajuana Claudette Heath; his fiancée Bridget Finch; his son Keenlan Denzel Jones Heath; his stepchildren, Nicholas Trey Ford, Jaquess Treyvon Finch, Aliecia Mai Ford and Takerriya Tamia Thomas; his siblings, Donovan Heath of Longview, Aundrey Heath of Commercer, Joel Flanagan of Royse City, Daryian Hubbard of Royse City, Jerlisha Heath of Commerce and Ali Matlock of Royse City; his nieces, Addlyn Flanagan and Avereigh Flanagan; and his nephew Ashton Flanagan.
