He is survived by: his wife Rhonda Spradling; his sons, Michael Spurlock (Summer) and Adam Spurlock (Keely); his grandchildren, Damon Spurlock, Jacob Spurlock and Rowan Spurlock; his sister Patricia Ann Vance; and his sister-in-law Teresa Garcia.
