He was predeceased by: his parents, Ralph Hazelip and Corrine Hill Hazelip; his son James Marcus Hazelip; and his sister Gloria Strange. He is survived by: his wife Margie N. Hazelip of Commerce; his children, Stephen Paul Hazelip (Lela Jan), Philip David Hazelip (Brenna), Deborah Lynn Pearson (Gary) and Mary Jan Nerwich; and his grandchildren, Amanda Pearson, Lauren Pearson, Amy Pearson, Heath Hazelip, Halie Braley, Ryan Nerwich, Bree Dees and Ryan Mefford. He is also survived by twelve great-grandchildren.
