He was predeceased by: his parents, Cleve Milner and Alage Milner; and his brother Cleve Milner. He is survived by: his wife Virginia; his sons, Richard, Greg (Paula) and Robert (Angie); his grandchildren, Alysia Milner, Shelby (Sawyer Juvette), Michael Milner and Zach (Loren Milner); and his great grandchildren, Stryker and Stetson Juvette. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
