He is survived by: his wife Dotti Haley; his sister Sharon Haley Baker of Chillicothe, Ohio; his children, Thomas Haley (Erica) of Georgetown, Texas and Nikki Haley Barnes (Jason) of Katy, Texas; his siblings-in-law, Kim Koch Eisenhour and Eric of Arlington, Texas; his grandsons, Caleb, Evan and Ian; and his close friends, Ethan and Blakely Rusch.
