He was predeceased by: his parents, James Nezat and Agnes Nezat; his wife Emma H. Nezat; and his brothers, James Nezat, Jr., Howard Alexander, Charles Nezat, John Nezat and Rick Nezat.
He is survived by: his children, Benita (Mark Santana) of Comfort, Joseph Allen Nezat, Jr. of Comfort and Larry Nezat of Orange, Three; his grandchildren, Savanna Lynn Santana, Allen William Nezat and Zoey Lynn Nezat; and his brother Harold Nezat of Dallas.
