He was predeceased by: his parents, Jose Rios and Maria Martinez of Rios; his wife Maria Martinez; and his children, Antonia, Carmen, Heriberto, Arnulfo and Rodolfo.
He is survived by: his children, Rojelio Rios of Comfort, TX, Guadalupe (Cecilo Sanchez), Victor Rios of Piedras Negras, MX, Gloria (Enrique Lozano), Sergio Rios of Piedras Negras, MX, Oralia (Carlos Escalera), Eloy Rios (Gladys) and Diana (Adrian Sorola). He is also survived by 37 grandchildren and 58 great grandchildren. 3 brothers and 3 sisters.
