She was predeceased by: her parents, Manuel Alva and Maximina Tellez; her brothers, Pedro Alva and Jesus Alva (Pedro Gallegos); and her children-in-law, Bobbi Vela and Felipe Prado.
She is survived by: her children, Maria Romero (Juan Romero), Oliva Prado, Eva Guzman (Victor Guzman), Teresa Acevedo (Roger Acevedo), Estella Breceda (Ruben Breceda), Luis Gallegos, Pedro Gallegos (Esperanza Gallegos) and Martin Gallegos (Maria); and her siblings, Juan Alva (Guadalupe Alva), Maria Romero and Odulia Moreno (Martin Moreno). She is also survived by 27 Grandkids. 40 great grand kids. And 4 great-great grand kids.
Visitation was held on Monday, January 6th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:30 PM at the Sacred Heart Catholic Church (114 US-87, Comfort, TX 78013). A rosary was held on Monday, January 6th 2025 at 12:30 PM at the same location. A Mass was held on Monday, January 6th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
