She was predeceased by: her husband Eliberto Alaniz, Sr.; her sons, Eliberto Alaniz, Jr. and Ricardo Alaniz; and her daughter-in-law Thelma Alaniz. She is survived by: her son Javier Alaniz (Rebecca); and her brothers, Carlos Gomez, Jr. and Ruben Gomez. She is also survived by eight grandchildren; and five great-grandchildren.
