She was predeceased by: her father Odilia Peña; and her grandparents, Wenceslao and Antonia Guerrero. She is survived by: her significant other Alejandro Arroyo; her daughter Jessica Garcia; her mother Odilia Pena (Alex); and her siblings, Alex Pena, II (Elizabeth), Patricia Cavazos (Charlie) and Priscilla Pena.
In lieu of flowers, Debi's family requests memorial contributions be made on Debi's behalf to McAllen Comfort House in McAllen.
