We are sad to announce that on March 3, 2025 we had to say goodbye to Cleone Kay of Comfort, Texas, born in Lusk, Wyoming. Leave a sympathy message to the family in the guestbook on this memorial page of Cleone Kay to show support.

She was predeceased by: her husband Gordon W Kay; and her brother Dr. Duane W. Smith. She is survived by: her daughters, Julie Kay Hughes (Bud) of Comfort, TX and Jennifer Lea Kay (Nancy Borgstrom) of Broken Arrow, OK; her grandsons, Adam Hughes (Mindie) of Boerne, TX and Clay Hughes (Liz) of Houston; her great grandchildren, Grant, Hallie, Owen and Emma Hughes; and her sister-in-law Joan Smith Brown of Los Alamos, NM. She is also survived by cousins, nieces and nephews.

A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, March 22nd 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Gaddis United Methodist Church (141 US-87, Comfort, TX 78013).

In lieu of flowers, please make a donation in Sue's memory to the Myasthenia Gravis Foundation of America or the charity of your choice.
