She was predeceased by: her father James Allen Orr; her grandson Christopher Gallegos; her father-in-law Pedro Gallegos Sr.; and her grandmother Maxine Shanholtzer. She is survived by: her mother Bonnie Jean Whitacre; her husband Luis Gallegos; her children, Jessica Roque (Robert Roque), Amanda Vela, Luis Gallegos Jr., Adrian Gallegos, Rigoberto Aguilares, Lonnie Vela Jr., Jerry Vela, Carlos Vela and Antonio; her siblings, Denny Orr (Annette Orr), Jeff Orr, Gregory Orr, Elizabeth Perez and Celena Snyder (Albert Snyder); her stepfather Armando Gonzalez; her mother-in-law Esperanza Gallegos; and her grandchildren, Xavier Roque, Zayden Roque, Kaleb Gallegos and Parker Gallegos. She is also survived by many in-laws and 15 nieces and 19 nephews.
