She was predeceased by: her parents, Faustino Treviño and Petra Treviño; her husband Juan Raul Rangel; and her siblings, Maria, Refugio "Cuca" Chavez, Victoria Treviño, Francisco, Luis, Sixto, Natividad, Crispin Treviño, Antonio and Aurelio Cruz.
She is survived by: her children, Herminia "Minnie" Rangel, Nellie Woodward (Gordon), Fermin Rangel (Irma) and Eleazar "Eli" Rangel (Yvonne); her grandchildren, Brooke S. Woodward, Hunter C. Woodward (Aleena), Isaac Dean Atkinson (Mary), Shelby K. Rangel, Lyndsey R. Rangel and Audrey A. Rangel; and her sister Feliciana Moreida. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, extended family members, and friends.
Later she sold baked goods and donated the proceeds to help the first HCISD Ag Farm on Chester Park Road.
