He was predeceased by: his parents, Ottis Fields and Hazel Fields (Beam); and his brothers, David and Bobby. He is survived by: his wife Vickie Lynn (Brown); his sons, Eric and Jim; his grandchildren, Wade, Caleb and Talan; his great grandchild Ellie; and his siblings, Doris and Paul.
