He was predeceased by: his parents, Guadalupe Herrera and Dominga Herrera (Hernandez); and his siblings, Irene Gonzalez, Johnny Herrera and Mayo Herrera.
He is survived by: his wife Belinda Hojdea; his children, Albert Martinez (Sylvia), Laura Arreola (Miguel), Monica Chavama (Bernardo), Lucy Medrano (Roberto), Elisa Herrera, David Gonzales, Marcario Herrera, Jr. (Ida), Isaac Herrera (Sarah) and Joshua Martinez (Christina); and his sisters, Mary Arambula, Angie Campos and Cheyenne Herrera. He is also survived by thirty-two grandchildren and six great-grandchildren.
