He was predeceased by: his parents, Floyd Culpepper and Rebecca Culpepper (Masters); his parents-in-law, Boyd and Stella Anthony; and his brothers, Jerry and John Culpepper.
He is survived by: his former wife Elizabeth Kathleen Anthony (Kathy); his wife Elizaebeth Kathleen Culpepper (Kathy); his sons, Anthony Neil Culpepper (Tammy) of Huckabay, Marshall Todd Culpepper (Todd) of Fredericksburg and Randal Scott Culpepper (Scott) of Fredericksburg; his niece Melissa Beth Culpepper Dodd; his grandchildren, AJ, Kelcie (Dalton Key), Colton, Haley, Lacey, Raegan, Natalie, Madison and Kiley; and also Jeff of Newton, Kansas. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
