He was predeceased by: his son Jeremy Blair; and his parents, O. D. Allen and Sarah Allen (Alvey). He is survived by: his spouse Jimmy Blair Allen of Comanche; his children, Sarah Shipman of Idaho, John Shipman (Cynthia) of Japan, Jershah Oosterhoff (Shackie) of Florida and Gabby Shipman of Comanche; and his stepchildren, Jamie Blair of Oklahoma and Jennifer Wilson of Oklahoma. He is also survived by twenty-two grandchildren and numerous great-grandchildren.
