He was predeceased by: his parents, Wallace Joseph Kulmack and Anna Kulmack (Krupa); his sister Charlotte Bartosiak; and his son Richard Kulmack. He is survived by: his close friend Ray; his wife Lois F. Nichols; his stepdaughters, Susan Guthmann (Tommy) of Columbus and Brenda Pockat (Scott) of Rogers, Arkansas; his son Keith Kulmack of South Glastonbury, Connecticut; his sisters, Irene Hurier (John) of Spring and Jane Brown (Robert) of Spring; his stepgrandchildren, Lauren Guthmann, Lesley Guthman, Mikayla Pockat and Kimberly Smith; and his grandson Michael Kulmack. He is also survived by children and numerous nieces and nephews.
