He is survived by: his parents, Paul Kohleffel and Jacqueline Kohleffel; his brothers, Trey and Wes Kohleffel; his grandparents, Roxanne Kohleffel and Jeffrey Schlueter; his aunts and uncles, Michael (Lorene Kohleffel), Bryan (Monica Jones), John (Jennifer Kohleffel), Crispin (Angela Delle) and Kristina Schlueter; and his cousins, Ashley Jones, Hunter, Clay, Jacob, Luke, Olivia Kohleffel, Crispin and Teddy Delle.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Columbus ISD Athletics Dept., 105 Cardinal Lane, Columbus TX 78934, or to a charity of one's choice.
