She is survived by: her husband John Knesek; her children, Blake (Phyllis), Sheri (Shannon), Chad (Scott) and John (Dana); her grandchildren, Chris Polak and Benji Polak; and her great grandchildren, Riley Polak, Randon Polak and Sydney Polak.
