He is survived by: his spouses, Shirley Koppelmann and Shirley Kearbey of Columbus; his daughters, Sharon Kearbey-Churchwell (Daniel) of Dallas, Crystal Ethridge of Columbus, Cristina Kearbey of Columbus, Jeanine Woods (Glenn) of Kentucky and Sheryl Zoglmann (Chris) of Kentucky; his sister Shirlene Noel (Harry) of Fenton, Missouri; his grandchildren, Emma Kearbey, Tyler Churchwell, Clark Alan Jenkins, Amelia Churchwell, Michael Zoglmann, Kirsten Zoglmann, Bryson Morrow (Caitlyn), Kenneth Rowan and Kennedy Rowan; and his great grandchild Nyla Cate Morrow. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.

“I was one of the many that stopped to render aid for this great man. God had his hand in all the events that happened that sad day. He did not pass away alone and I was praying from the second I seen him in need of help until the ambulance took him away. So sorry for your loss but wanted you to know he wasn't alone.”
