He was predeceased by: his parents, Raymond Ward Perry, Jr. and Ruby Lee Smith Perry. He is survived by: his close friend Joni Beth Rasco of Columbus, Texas; his son Michael Alan Perry of Houston, Texas; and his siblings, Susan Rae Tuskowski (Patrick Tuskowski) of Largo, Florida and Malcolm McKinney Perry (Michael John Smith) of Houston, Texas. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
