She was predeceased by: her parents, Johnnie Richard Blair and Leona Lena Blair (Steinhauser); her stepfather Leon Drymalla; her brothers, Richard Blair, John Edward Blair and Dwyne Blair; and her niece Whitney Blair.

She is survived by: her husband John J. Mikulenka; and her brothers, Tommy Blair (Linda) and Nathan Blair (Vickie). She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
