He was loved and cherished by many people including: his grandparents, Roy, Ann Stallman and Allan Hill; his wife Shannon Young Hill; his son Mark Jaxson Hill; his parents, Mark Hill and Patti Hill; his sister Stacey Lowe; his brother-in-law Kirk Lowe; his nieces and nephews, Hayden, Isabella and Olivia; his sister Julia Hill; his grandmother Jane Hill; his father-in-law Donald Skillman; his children, Evan, Jade and Elly Dobbs; and his brother-in-law Shane Tavolino. He was also cherished by aunts and uncles, cousins, his work family, and many friends.
