She is survived by: her husband Bobby Zajicek; her children, Robert Neal Zajicek (Kelly) of Shaws Bend and Melinda Anne Zajicek of La Grange; her brother Al Gene Chollett (Deanie) of Shaws Bend; her grandchildren, Cole Zajicek (Kristin) of Shaws Bend, Cassidy Parks (Cody) of Bellville and Nate Schielack of La Grange; her great grandchildren, Michelle, Faith, Tucker and Kason; her nephews, David Chollett of Pearland, Gene Wayne Chollett, John Olguin of Philadelphia, PA, Bennie Zajicek (Sylvia) of Columbus and David Zajicek, Jr. (Tawanna) of Columbus; her niece Shara Gallmann (Tommy) of Dallas; her great-nieces and great-nephews, Garrett Chollett, David Wayne, Dylan, Mason Zajicek, Sydnee Chollett, Maddie Zajicek, Lindsey Siptak (Colby) and Lauren Muckleroy (James); and also Dusty Siptak. She is also survived by numerous cousins, nieces, and nephews.
