It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Lovine Helen Marek Dusek (Columbus, Texas), who passed away on August 29, 2021, at the age of 99, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, John Marek and Mary Pudich Marek; her husband Joe Dusek; and her sister Angeline Hartensteiner. She is survived by: her daughters, Charlene Broadstone (Ralph) and Barbara Zapalac (Dale); her grandchildren, Kim Ferguson (Gregg), Kelli Thumann (Reece), Josh Zapalac (Kelsey) and Courtney Pieper; and her great grandchildren, Clay, Karlee, Skyler, Briley, Amelia, Anistyn, Cannen and Holden. She is also survived by her children, grandchildren and great grandchildren.
