She was predeceased by: her parents, Herbert August Lipperdt and Mary Alice Lipperdt (Hutchins); and her brother Herbert Wayne Lipperdt. She is survived by: her sister-in-law Martha Ballard; her husband Victor Ballard, Jr.; her son Michael Q. Miller (Julie); her siblings-in-law, Linda Sue Lipperdt, Carlos Ballard (Martha), Don Ballard (Mary), Harold Ballard (Rita) and Ernest Ballard (Beverly); her stepson Victor Ballard III (Emily); and her grandchildren, Michael Q. Miller, Jr. (Tiffany), Christina Morales (Herman) and Stevie Miller.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, December 18th 2024 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM and on Thursday, December 19th 2024 from 8:00 AM to 10:00 AM at the Henneke Funeral Home (1515 Montezuma St, Columbus, TX 78934). A funeral service was held on Thursday, December 19th 2024 at 10:00 AM at the same location.
