She is survived by: her sister-in-law Martha Ballard; her husband Victor Ballard, Jr.; her son Michael Q. Miller (Julie); her siblings-in-law, Linda Sue Lipperdt, Carlos Ballard (Martha), Don Ballard (Mary), Harold Ballard (Rita) and Ernest Ballard (Beverly); her stepson Victor Ballard III (Emily); and her grandchildren, Michael Q. Miller, Jr. (Tiffany), Christina Morales (Herman) and Stevie Miller.
