With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Leon W. Herring (Columbus, Texas), who passed away on July 30, 2018 at the age of 95. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his spouse Mary Louise Tankersley of Memphis. He is survived by: his children, Larry J. Herring (Debbie) of Columbus, Marilyn Herring Schobel (Billy) of Columbus and Richard D. Herring (Donna) of Bay City, TX; his grandchildren, Sean Schobel, Shelly Owen, Heath Herring, Sarah Herring Johnson and Michael Herring; his great grandchildren, Lauren, Raylee, Cambree Schobel, Tiffanie Zamora, Deborah Wente, Michaela Herring, Jacob Herring and Alaney Owen; his great great grandchild Carter Zamora; his great grandchild Sarah; and his friend Walter Glaeser.
