He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Riehs and Birdie Riehs (Arline Riehs). He is survived by: his spouse Arline Ruth Brabandt; his children, Debra "Debbie" Riehs Marx of Columbus and Keith Riehs of Columbus; and his sister Elenor "Sissy" Kessler of Flatonia.
