He was predeceased by: his parents, Seferino Ramirez and Soledad Ramirez (Gonzales); his wife Mary Ramirez (Pulido Castillo); his children, Ruben Castillo and Rosemary Ramirez (Penny); and his siblings, Tony Ramirez, Nita Ramirez Marzola and Mary Consuelo Ramirez Gonzalez.
He is survived by: his sons, Roque Castillo (Pat Girndt Castillo) and Ronnie Ramirez (Debbie Straker); his children-in-law, Peggy Girndt Castillo and David Ramirez; his sister Nicanora Gonzalez; his grandchildren, Lisa Castillo, Carlos Ramirez (Ashlee Garrett), Jacklyn Ramirez, Kari Ramirez, Raegan Castillo-Fontana (Adam), Ryne Castillo and Cody Ramirez; and his great grandchildren, Jayda Ramirez, RJ Stovall, Tyrin Stovall, Marylee Castillo-Fontana, CJ, Aden Ramirez and Olivia Ramirez.
