With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Jack Dorwin Moore of Columbus, Texas, who passed away on October 4, 2023 at the age of 77. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, David Moore and Yvonne Moore; and his brother Raymond Moore. He is survived by: his close friend Xavier "Rocky" Caballero; his daughter Jacqueline Clason (Tracy); his siblings, Bonnie O'Mary (Donald) and Donald Moore (Ann); his grandchildren, Katherine Clason, Blake Clason (Eleahana), Melissa Kay (James) and Ashley Clason; and his great grandchild Addeline Clason.

Memorials may be given to Columbus Rescue Dogs, 1798 Frelsburg Road, Cat Spring, TX 78933.
