He is survived by: his wife Theresa Polasek of Columbus, TX; his children, Laura Lynn Cowser (Michael) of Sugar Land, TX and Greg Alan Polasek (Andrea) of Fulshear, TX; his grandchildren, Billy, Brody, Luke, Mackenzie and Lane; and his siblings, Margie Stancik (Ray), Diane Grafe (Tony), Henry Polasek (Mary), Frankie Polasek (Debbie) and Daniel Polasek.
