Geraldine Mildred Avery Obituary
We are sad to announce that on January 17, 2020, at the age of 96, Geraldine Mildred Avery (Columbus, Texas) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, John Sommerlatte and Frances Untermeyer Sommerlatte; her grandparents, Frank and Mathilda Burger Untermeyer; her husband Milburn G. Avery; and her brother John L. Sommerlatte.
She is survived by: her children, Marilynn Hensley (Anthony "Red") of Ganado, Patricia Avery of Portland, Pamela Gates (Buddy) of Corpus Christi, Gary Avery (Cindy) of Peoria, AZ and Cary Avery of Columbus. She is also survived by several grandchildren, great grandchildren and great-great grandchildren.
