She was predeceased by: her parents, John Gundelach and Christina Gundelach (Gold); her husband Otis Maertz; and her siblings, Mildred Skutca, Laura Moeckel, Elsie Pilsner, Edwin Gundelach and Johnny Gundelach.
She is survived by: her children, Lois Kaspar (Leonard) of Fayetteville, Michael Maertz (Doris) of Columbus, Jeffrey Maertz (Joy) of Sealy and Russell Maertz (Johnna) of Columbus; and her grandchildren, Tammy Kaspar Lunbeck (Chris), Kory Kaspar (Kayla), Chris Kaspar, Kyle Kaspar (Heather), Dawn Nye Tesla (Marlon), April Nye, Carly Maertz and Jessy Joy Maertz Ferguson (Dylan). She is also survived by 17 great grandchildren.
