He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank William David and Hertha David (Gundelach); his siblings, Faye Marie David, Helen Jurries, Nancy Keyser (Raymond) and Billy David; and his brother-in-law Michael Shofner.
He is survived by: his son Christopher Louis David (Catherine Elizabeth); his grandchildren, Maria Isabel David and Claire Elizabeth David; his siblings, Jeanie Kansteiner (L. E.), Margie Knippel (Erwin), Mary Jane Schobel, Diane Shofner and Johnnie David (Lois); and his brother-in-law Royce Jurries.
