He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter Petrosky and Vlasta Petrosky (Marek); his wife Martha A. Petrosky (Tuttle); his siblings, Eleanor Sladecek, Lillian Sladecek, Dorothy Mulvey, Lee Petrosky, Albert Petrosky and Walter Petrosky; and his parents-in-law, Leonard and Eunice Tuttle.

He is survived by: his daughter Beth Ann Petrosky of Temple, Texas; his brother Leonard Petrosky (Shirley) of Saint Peters, Missouri; his siblings-in-law, Shirley Petrosky (Girndt) of Columbus, Texas and Phil Mulvey; his nephew Gregory Petrosky (Debbie); his great-niece Simone Belota (Matthew); and also, Felicity, Theodore, Theron, Dennis Petrosky (Rhonda), Reed (Emily), Sean and James Petrosky (Starlette). He is also survived by niece and three nephews in Newell, Iowa; three nieces and one nephew.
