Worth, Adam Dane Shimek of Garwood and Everett John Shimek of Garwood; her great grandchild Nora Virginia Hegarty of Houston; her brothers, Leroy Canik (Peggy) of Fayetteville and Al Gene Canik (Carolyn) of Frelsburg; her sister-in-law Janice Canik of Columbus; her grandsons, Daniel Shimek, Adam Shimek, Everett Shimek and Joel Hegarty; her nephews, Randy Canik and Bill Wick; her brother LeRoy Canik; her nephew Rusty Canik; her nieces, Alyssa Bookout, Ashley Glueck, Kathleen Wick and Debbie Rerich; her granddaughter Lauren Shimek Hegarty; and her friend Shawn Gallagher.
