She was predeceased by: her parents, Edgar S. Eben and Elsie Eben (Hohlt); her husband Peter F. "Pete" Kubicek; and her siblings-in-law, Robert Lueckemeyer, Johnny Zapalac (Betty) and Jeanette Kubicek.
She is survived by: her children, Diana Boehm (Thomas) of Bellville and Thomas Kubicek of Frelsburg; her grandchildren, Winter and Autumn Boehm; her sister Gladys Lueckemeyer of Bellville; and her brother-in-law Justin Kubicek of Frelsburg. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
