She was predeceased by: her parents, David Carter and Pearlie Mae Junious; and her brothers, Jimmy Carter and Robert James Junious. She is survived by: her children, Danielle Carter and Phillip Carter; her siblings, Shinola Moore (Kevin), Annie Porter, Barbara Twitty, Joann Johnson, Erskine Carter, David Wayne Carter, Lane Carter (Stacy), Rodney Carter, William Earl Wilson (Delica) and David George Carter (Earline Carter); and her grandchildren, Jakob Collins, Zayda Carter and Eastlynn Thomas.
