He was predeceased by: his siblings, Delois Spoede and Leon Polocheck. He is survived by: his wife Clemie Polocheck (Fehmer); his children, Layne Polocheck (Jeanne) and Mandy Vest; his granddaughters, Delaney Polocheck, Nicolette Polocheck and Alexa Vest; and his sister Mary Stallman. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
