She is survived by: her former husband Jim Fornash; her husband Dennis Weiss; her siblings, Marty Fisher (Frank) and Harry Evans Jr. (Gert); her children, David Weiss (Deana), Debbie Fornash, Tim Fornash (Kay) and Chris Weiss (Stacey); and her grandchildren, Jessica Weiss, Alex Weiss, Gavin Fornash, Cali Fornash, Zevyn Weiss and Willow Weiss.
