She was predeceased by: her parents, Myrl Rau Youens (Bootsie) and William; her husband Joe Douglas Hastedt; and her brother Karl David Youens. She is survived by: her daughter Leigh Elizabeth Hastedt; and her siblings, Janet Youens Wolters and William Thomas Youens, Jr.. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
