He was predeceased by: his father Darrell Ray Conley; his sons, Dennis Ray Conley and Dustin Conley; and his siblings, James Ray Conley and Jeanne Faye Miller.
He is survived by: his mother Betty Simpson; his daughter Katera Adams (JT); his siblings, Joy Peck, Danice Thomen (Vernon "Buddy"), Beth Bailey (Jimmy), Robert Conley, Dan Conley (Brenda), Darrell Ray Conley, Jr. (Lisa) and Kenneth Michael Conley; his grandchildren, Dennis Conley, Alex Conley and Kalynn Conley; and his great grandchildren, Kaiden Ray Conley, Elijiah Alexander Lee Conley, Evelyn Annemarie Kurek, Cameron David Ray Castor, Jacob Daniel Castor and Elijiah Conley. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
