He is survived by: his children, Gary Foster (Peggy), Cheryl Kent (Donald), Vicki Bellamy and Laura Hargrave (Everett). He is also survived by 17 grandchildren, numerous great grandchildren and great-great grandchildren; along with extended family and friends.
