He was predeceased by: his father Luis T. Garza Sr. Luis; his son Lupe; his parent Santana Garza (Morin); and his sisters, Gregoria Munos and Maria Garza.
He is survived by: his wife Belen Garza; his daughters, Angelita Chacon (Ruperto) of Merkel and Adelita Trevino (Tony) of Abilene; his grandchildren, Ian, Kaleb, Avery, Brandon, Layne and Mateo; and his sisters, Lupe Garza of Corpus Christi, Aurora Martinez of Pearsall, Corina Sauceda (Severiano) of Ballinger and Cruz Adame of Florida. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, sisters and brothers in law.
