He is survived by: his wife Connie Upshaw of Colorado City; his sons, Harley Bell (Samantha) of Rogers and Damon Bell of Colorado City; his brother Toby Bell (Diana) of Colorado City; his mother-in-law Mary Upshaw of Colorado City; and his siblings-in-law, Billy Upshaw (Trina) of Snyder and LeeAnn Limones (Bubba) of Colorado City. He is also survived by 3 nieces and 5 nephews.
