She was predeceased by: her husband Jim Swindle; her son-in-law Dennis Rasberry; her granddaughter Kristina Fonesca; her siblings, Donald Bailey (Mary), Eugene Bailey and Phyllis Swindle (Jack); and her sister-in-law Bonnie Solomon (Roy).

She is survived by: her daughters, Debbie Escamilla (Mario) and Pam Rasberry (Bobby Vallie); her grandchildren, Elaine Escamilla (Candice), Carrie Fonesca (Raul), Kelli Vallie (David Wood), Amy Rasberry (Fabian Britto), Jimmy Rasberry (Miranda Askins), Robert Vallie Jr. and Conni Wolkersdorfer (Mark); her brother Ray Bailey (Beth); and her sister-in-law Delores Bailey. She is also survived by twelve great-grandchildren; three great-great-grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers the family suggests donations to the Foundation at First United Methodist Church or the Samaritan Hospitality House.
