With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Nelda Howard of Colmesneil, Texas, born in Woodville, Texas, who passed away on December 13, 2020 at the age of 70. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Nelda Howard to pay them a last tribute.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Jesse L. Howard and Ida Estell Seamans Howard; and her stepfather Kenneth Wallace. She is survived by: her brother Randall Howard of Austin. She is also survived by numerous cousins and friends.
