He was predeceased by: his parents, Percy B. Williams and Fay Williams; his son Joe Kevin Williams; his great grandchild Tory Foster, Jr.; and his siblings, Ruler Williams, Eva Williams, Percy Williams, Wayne Williams, Leo Williams, Dean Williams and Lazell Williams.
He is survived by: his children, Jimmy "Henry" Williams of Merrville, Trey Williams (Rachel) of Kilgore, Trevor Williams, Kaycee Pilgreen of Jasper, Trent Williams of Florida, Alecia Parrish (Robert) of Alabama, Amber Emerson of Houston, Amanda Morrison (Scott) of Mont Belvieu, Brittnee Gilmore of Dallas and Treva Williams (Gordon) of Woodville, Texas; his sisters, Delois Webb of Mauriceville and Ruth Sweeney of Whiteney, Texas; and his grandchildren, Kadon Williams, Kynlie Williams, Paladin Baxter, Cara Richard, Kameron Barlow, Kamdyn Barlow, Kaison Barlow, Kaislea Barlow, Macie Williams, Kenzley Williams, Trinity Williams, Haliegh Williams, Jamie Williams, Jimmy "Bubba" Williams, Bonita Williams, Justin McMurrey, Hiedi Burges, Chandler Emerson, Haley Emerson, Blake Fountain and Zack Johnson.
