He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Leslie Vance, Sr. and Irene Lewis; and his brother Wiley L. Dennis Sr.. He is survived by: his wife Beulah "Billie" Vance; his son Bryan Vance (Billie) of Seabrook; his siblings, Donald L. Vance (Evelyn) of Georgetown and Judy Dennis of San Antonio; his grandchildren, Maegan, Nickolle, Nick, Issac and Lauren; his great grandchildren, Meeko, Annabelle and Lillith; his nephews, Chris Smith and Wiley L. Dennis, Jr.; his niece Jenny Downs; his great-niece Reanna; and his great-nephew Matthew.
